REALITY: Diversity & Inclusion is a retention problem

Professional women face many challenges during their working life - some come from their changing life stages (marriage and pregnancy are two key ones) while others are challenges from within the workplace. Managing the constant push and pull on their time and attention, while also being the career-focused-go-getter they intend to be, can be a real struggle. The lack of appreciation for this struggle and a poor approach to dealing with it is often the reason why women tend to give up one for the other.

Everyone in an organisation, especially those at the senior-most levels, must work together to fix it.

How the "Set Her Up For Success" program can help

Set Her Up For Success is a program designed to help working women stay the course in their careers.

We don’t believe in compromising a woman’s ambitions in any sphere that she chooses – family, fame or fortune.

This 3-hour program by Mrs. Sangeeta Talwar helps women to focus on their goals, prioritize all the things they want to achieve, and handle them with confidence.

As a credible role model, Sangeeta leads by example. She was one of the first women in the FMCG sector in the country, having been hired by Nestle as a management trainee in the 70's. In the course of her extremely successful career, she has transitioned through several CXO level roles and is credited with having broken through the proverbial ‘glass ceiling’ in corporate India.
